Supports the Regulatory Liaison Office by coordinating administrative activities, leadership support, regulatory meeting logistics, team events, communications, and records. Maintains calendars, schedules, documentation, distribution lists, and recurring team materials to support timely and organized execution of RLO activities.
Works closely with RLO leaders, team members, business partners, and regulatory contacts to coordinate established activities and ensure accurate and timely follow-up. This role does not independently manage regulatory examinations, interpret regulatory requirements, or lead RLO projects and processes.
- 4+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals and delivery workflows
- Proficiency in organizing project schedules, meetings, and documentation
- Skill in tracking project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
- Ability to support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and maintaining accurate records
- Experience supporting project execution in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in using project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet)
- Ability to escalate issues and support resolution in collaboration with project leads
- High School Diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business, or related field.
- Associate-level project management certification (e.g., CAPM)
- Exposure to project management principles

- Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (Hybrid, must report to campus location)
