Role Overview:
The Bartender will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
- Ensure proper stock levels and support inventory control.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and cocktails.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous Bartender experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or bar is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
