About this role
AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector classification and compensation studies for municipalities and related agencies. We need experienced SE municipal class/comp consultants for active and upcoming South Carolina / North Carolina / Georgia pursuits (e.g. Beaufort SC, Myrtle Beach, Cary NC and similar).
Requirements
- Hands-on municipal (city/county) classification and/or compensation study delivery
- Ability to lead or support job analysis, market pricing, structure design, and client workshops
- Prefer prior SE municipal or school-district public-sector references
- CCP / SPHR / similar credentials a plus; not required
- Comfortable as 1099 / project-based; travel as needed for client on-sites
