About this role
AlphaGov needs Oregon / Pacific Northwest public-sector class & compensation partners. Oregon municipal RFPs often require Oregon or PNW past performance (e.g. Roseburg OR HR class/comp). Remote work is expected. Partners will contribute practical analyses, stakeholder engagement, and clear written recommendations for public employers across the region. This role supports ongoing public-sector projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Oregon and/or PNW municipal, county, special district, or school-district class/comp delivery
- Able to serve as named SME / project partner with written references
- Job evaluation, pay structure, market study experience
- Local presence or strong OR/WA/ID public-sector network preferred
- Contract / pay-when-paid project engagement
