Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an LPN Medical Team Administrator to lead day-to-day medical operations at Hickman County Jail. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where youll guide your team, coordinate care, and help create a healthcare environment built on safety, consistency, compassion, and respect .

Qualifications
What Youll Do
- Oversee and coordinate daily medical operations
- Serve as the clinical leader and primary point of contact for the medical team
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff
- Help ensure quality, timely, and compassionate patient care

- Use your clinical knowledge and leadership skills to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
