Truck Maintenance Supervisor
Hourly / Salary Range: $70,340 - $75,000/year
CR&R is seeking a Truck Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily shop operations and ensure our fleet of refuse and heavy-duty trucks is maintained safely, efficiently, and ready for service. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting reliable operations across our service areas.
What Youll Do
Supervise shop personnel and assign daily work
Ensure timely, high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance
Manage work orders, documentation, and parts inventory
Enforce safety standards and shop procedures
Coordinate with operations to reduce equipment downtime
What Were Looking For
2–3 years of heavy-duty truck maintenance experience
Supervisory or lead experience in a shop environment
Knowledge of CNG, brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Refuse industry experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
