Our client, a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in Bellevue, is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to serve as the primary advisor for a well-established book of high-net-worth clients. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team where your expertise will directly impact clients' financial futures while contributing to the firm's continued growth. Unlike many advisory roles, this position is focused on delivering exceptional planning and advice, not aggressive business development. You will work closely with clients, their families, and a team of specialists to provide highly personalized wealth management solutions.
What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor, you'll become deeply involved in every aspect of your clients' financial lives, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established portfolio of wealth management clients.
- Build deep, meaningful relationships by understanding each client's goals, family dynamics, priorities, and concerns.
- Lead financial planning and review meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide proactive guidance throughout the year, ensuring clients feel supported beyond scheduled reviews.
- Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice across: Investment strategy and portfolio management
- Retirement planning
- Estate and legacy planning
- Tax-efficient planning strategies
- Cash flow and liquidity management
- Concentrated stock positions
- Charitable giving strategies
- Executive compensation and business planning
- Collaborate with internal investment, tax, estate planning, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate with external professionals including CPAs and attorneys when appropriate.
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Drive planning initiatives from recommendation through implementation.
- Ensure every client receives a high-touch, personalized experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.
- Active Series 65 license.
- Strong expertise in holistic financial planning and wealth management.
- Experience leading client meetings and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients and their families.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP® certification.
- Experience working within an RIA environment.
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Knowledge of executive compensation, charitable planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and other financial professionals.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $200000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 100% covered for the employee and have to pay for addition family members
