Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment for large-tech. This role is an integral partner in managing end-to-end recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships, often serving as the candidates first point of contact. You will coordinate interviews, maintain accurate records, support hiring managers, and help improve processes that enhance the candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and the challenge of supporting a growing organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate coordination.
- Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when required, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, maintaining accurate and current information throughout the hiring process.
- Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and ensure all relevant data is properly recorded.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials for hiring teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency within the recruiting process.
- Assist in the coordination of additional recruiting activities and administrative tasks as needed to support the broader recruiting team.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar customer service role.
- Experience working in an office or administrative environment with responsibility for scheduling and organizing activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Effective talent acquisition support skills, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree required!

Work Environment This role is 100% in-office, and you will be expected to work your full eight-hour workday on-site (MondayFriday | 8:00 AM4:30 PM | Full-Time, 40-Hour Work Week). The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with frequent interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You will primarily work with standard office technology and productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as recruiting systems for scheduling and record-keeping. You are responsible for arranging your own parking and transportation to and from the office.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
