### What You’ll Be Doing
Full-Scope Carpentry: Perform top-tier rough framing and custom finish carpentry across full bathroom, kitchen, and living space remodels. Multi-Trade Expertise: Handle drywall installation, finishing, tile work, trim, and painting with precision and attention to detail. Specialized Installs: Execute custom tasks including installing attic stairs, cabinetry, fixtures, and interior architectural elements. Team-First All-Rounder: Maintain a guaranteed 40-hour paycheck by stepping up to assist with general property support (e.g., ground maintenance or seasonal snow removal) during light carpentry cycles.

### What You Bring to the Job
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on residential carpentry and remodeling experience. Gear: Possess your own standard set of hand and power tools. Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and stay active throughout the workday. Independence & Energy: High-energy self-starter capable of driving projects forward with minimal supervision. Adaptable Mindset: A dependable "can-do" attitude and willingness to help wherever needed to keep the team moving forward.
