In this key production role, you will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting machinery across both production and finishing departments. We are searching for an associate with proven work history longevity who takes pride in product quality, logs operational readings accurately, and keeps production lines running safely and efficiently.

Senior Machine Operator Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is the efficient operation, quality inspection, and routine maintenance of production and finishing machinery , keeping daily output aligned with plant quality standards. Machine Operation: Set up, run, and monitor machinery across production and finishing lines in a high-energy environment. Material Handling & Loading: Safely lift, load, position, and unload raw materials and finished goods from machinery. Quality Auditing: Inspect finished products continuously for defects, ensuring parts accurately meet dimensions down to 1/16 of an inch . Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify operational issues, troubleshoot minor equipment variances, and conduct routine preventive maintenance on assigned machines. Process Logging: Accurately log, record, and maintain operational readings, setup data, and production counts in accordance with procedures. Team Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and management to suggest innovative solutions for improving plant efficiency and safety.

Senior Machine Operator Requirements include: Required Experience & Longevity: Minimum of 2+ years of machine operating experience in manufacturing, with a demonstrated history of job stability and longevity. Precision Measurement: Ability to accurately measure materials down to 1/16 of an inch (preferred). Physical Capabilities: Physical ability to handle a active workload, stand for 8+ hours, and lift up to 30 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Required Attire: Steel-toed boots/shoes are strictly required at all times on the production floor. Operational Mindset: Highly process-driven, energetic, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reliability: Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and an outstanding history of attendance and dependable transportation.
