Responsibilities

- Steer and maintain the regional Emergency Management program, including SOPs, guidelines, and simulation exercises

- Manage and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) across the region

- Monitor Emergency Management performance against established KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing improvements

- Develop training materials and support the delivery of EM and BCMS training to regional teams

- Support the Head of Emergency Management in Global Emergency Management (GEM) preparedness initiatives, acting as deputy when required

- Lead root cause analysis for emergency incidents and conduct operational assessment audits
