What You'll Do
As a BCBA at Asteri, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs designed to help children develop meaningful skills and greater independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Developing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans
- Overseeing and modifying treatment programs based on client progress
- Analyzing clinical data to guide treatment decisions
- Supervising and mentoring Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
- Monitoring treatment integrity and quality of service delivery
- Providing ongoing clinical guidance, coaching, and staff support
- Conducting caregiver education and parent training
- Collaborating with families and members of the treatment team
- Completing progress reports and required clinical documentation
- Participating in clinical meetings and professional development
- Ensuring treatment is delivered ethically and according to current clinical standards
What We're Looking For
Required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
- Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment development, and data analysis
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and feedback
- Comfortable using electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- Current TB clearance or ability to obtain required clearance
Preferred
- Experience providing clinical supervision in home, community, or center-based ABA services
- Experience supervising Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued, but not required
