About this role
Our client in the Everett, WA location is currently hiring for an Industrial Project Manager. This position is a fully onsite opportunity supporting a high-priority industrial construction project. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects, overseeing budgets and schedules, and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and client relationships. Pay - $60.00-$62.50/hr Location - Everett, WA (Fully Onsite) Schedule - Standard Monday-Friday (40+ hours per week, overtime available)
(Responsibilities)
Manage large-scale industrial construction projects through active execution and future project phases Drive projects to schedule and budget while overseeing cost tracking and forecasting Manage subcontractors, trades, and onsite project activities Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder communication Review project budgets, cost breakdowns, billings, and financial performance Partner with internal accounting and reporting teams to maintain project controls Support mechanical construction projects involving HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems Build and maintain project schedules and communicate project status updates Read and interpret MEP design drawings to support project execution
(Qualification Requirements)
5+ years of experience managing mechanical industrial construction projects Experience managing construction projects valued at $10M+ Strong understanding of MEP systems and ability to read construction drawings Experience managing project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Experience overseeing subcontractors, trades, and client relationships Experience managing project financials, billings, and budget accountability Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, or mechanical construction environments Proficiency with construction management or project accounting software preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $62.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
