Harrington Bottling Company is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Side Bay Route Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our team in Helena, Montana. As a leading distributor of Pepsi products and other nationally recognized beverage brands, we take pride in delivering outstanding service to customers throughout our communities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, interacting with customers, and staying physically active throughout the day. As a Side Bay Route Delivery Driver, you will help ensure stores, restaurants, schools, and other customers receive the products they need on time and in excellent condition.

Every day brings something different. You'll travel established local routes, deliver beverage products, build strong customer relationships, and help represent one of Montana's most respected beverage distributors.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will safely operate a company delivery vehicle and make scheduled deliveries to customer locations throughout the Helena area. You'll unload and deliver products, verify orders, and ensure customers receive accurate and timely service.

Beyond making deliveries, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers. Providing friendly service, answering questions, and helping maintain positive business relationships are important parts of the job. You may also assist with stocking or organizing product displays to help customers keep shelves full and appealing.

Drivers are responsible for completing delivery documentation, conducting vehicle inspections, and following all company safety policies and procedures. When route activities are complete, you may assist with warehouse functions such as staging orders, moving product, and supporting daily distribution operations.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and committed to excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate professionally with customers is essential.

Previous experience in delivery driving, route sales, warehouse operations, merchandising, logistics, or customer service is helpful but not required. Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles is a plus. Candidates with backgrounds in beverage distribution, food service delivery, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or route-based work environments are encouraged to apply.

Because this position involves unloading and delivering products throughout the day, applicants should be comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling beverage products.
