As a Route Delivery Assistant, you will work alongside a professional Route Delivery Driver to ensure Pepsi products are delivered, stocked, and merchandised at customer locations throughout the Bozeman area and surrounding communities. You will play an important role in helping maintain product availability, attractive displays, and positive customer relationships while supporting efficient route operations.

In this position, you will assist with loading and unloading beverage products, stocking shelves, coolers, racks, and displays, rotating inventory, and ensuring products are presented according to company standards. You will frequently use hand trucks, delivery carts, pallets, and other material-handling equipment while providing friendly and professional service to customers. This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in direct store delivery (DSD), route merchandising, distribution, and the beverage industry.

The position is physically active and requires regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products throughout the workday. Team members frequently bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and work in a variety of customer locations, including grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, schools, and retail businesses.

Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and reside in the Bozeman area. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with both customers and team members. Candidates must successfully pass a drug screening, background check, and functional abilities assessment.
