Harrington Bottling Company is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Route Delivery Driver (Class C) to join our team in Bozeman, Montana. As a Route Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver, stock, and merchandise Pepsi products to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, schools, and other customer locations. Position Summary

The Route Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering beverage products on established local routes while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers and keeping store shelves stocked with Pepsi products.

Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading products, transporting merchandise safely, stocking shelves and displays, rotating product inventory, building promotional displays, and maintaining product freshness standards. Drivers serve as the face of Harrington Bottling Company while providing professional service and support to customers throughout their assigned territory.

This position requires the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, delivery carts, and other material handling equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing delivery schedules, and performing physical work throughout the day.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will possess a valid Class C Driver's License and maintain a safe driving record. Previous experience in route delivery, beverage distribution, direct store delivery (DSD), merchandising, warehouse operations, transportation, logistics, customer service, or retail delivery is preferred but not required.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain positive relationships with customers is essential.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and capable of safely performing the physical requirements of the position.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position regularly works in warehouses, loading docks, grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, schools, and other customer locations. Drivers may work in varying weather conditions and temperatures throughout the year while completing delivery routes.

The role requires frequent lifting, carrying, loading, stacking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, reaching, and maneuvering loaded hand trucks and pallet jacks. Employees must be comfortable repeatedly entering and exiting delivery vehicles throughout the workday and handling beverage products safely and efficiently.
