Harrington Bottling Company, the Pepsi bottler serving communities across Montana, is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead - Night Shift to join our Bozeman team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, inventory control, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, order fulfillment, or supply chain management who are looking to advance into a leadership role.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring daily warehouse operations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will help oversee evening warehouse activities, coordinate product movement, support team productivity, and ensure delivery trucks are properly loaded and prepared for next-day distribution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in leading by example, and is committed to operational excellence.

The Warehouse Lead works closely with warehouse personnel throughout the day while taking ownership of closing warehouse operations each evening. Responsibilities include loading and unloading beverage products, organizing inventory, moving pallets throughout the warehouse, verifying order accuracy, supporting warehouse workflow, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the facility is secure at the end of the shift. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in warehouse operations, beverage distribution, food distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory management, shipping and receiving, order selection, or distribution center operations is preferred. Forklift experience is highly valued, and Harrington Bottling will provide training and certification opportunities for qualified candidates.
