Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Specialist to join our team.  This individual will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our two office floors in Las Olas.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of office areas, including desks, windows, meeting rooms, kitchens, and break/snack stations
- Empty & dispose of trash and recycling from all office bins.
- Vacuum, mop, and dust office spaces, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
- All supplies including vacuum and broom would be provided by the company.
- Assist in cleaning after parties such as birthday, breakfast and lunch events (as needed)
- Conduct light maintenance and report any facility issues to management.
- Perform end-of-day vacuuming after 5:30pm.
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols, maintaining equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in office cleaning, facilities maintenance, or janitorial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift and move moderate weights (example lifting Trash Bags, Vacuum Cleaner, Boxes of Supplies (up to 50lbs) and perform physical cleaning duties.
