Responsibilities

- Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process from initial requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.

- Source and attract candidates for diverse aviation, maintenance, operational, and corporate roles.

- Conduct interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the company.

- Cultivate and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.

- Partner with departments on pilot recruitment, technical evaluations, and FAA compliance.

- Maintain candidate records, manage pre-employment requirements, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

- Monitor recruiting metrics, provide reports, and identify improvements for hiring processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with experience managing multiple requisitions.

- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with proficiency in ATS and recruiting platforms.

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Located in or willing to work from Orlando, FL, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Preferred

- Aviation recruiting experience, particularly within business aviation or Part 135 operations.

- Familiarity with FAA hiring requirements and the Pilot Records Database (PRD).
