Our client, a leading aviation operations support firm, is hiring Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) Analysts/Strategists to support PERTI advanced planning at the FAA Command Center in Warrenton, VA. This posting covers both full-time and part-time openings.

About the opportunity
Build and run collaborative advanced planning products—webinars, plans, and analysis that fuse weather, tech ops, demand, and constraint data for national flow-management stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Schedule and support OPS and PERTI webinars; review OPSNET and NAS Daily reports
Analyze weather, Technical Operations data, system impact reports, and demand/constraints into PERTI advanced plan content
Collaborate with National Aviation Meteorologists on en route and terminal outlooks
Develop and conduct daily advanced planning webinars and PDF packages; upload final plans to FAA systems
Support the NOM and Planner during webinars; coordinate with NAV CANADA, field facilities, airlines, DDSO offices, and Space ops as needed
Support CADENA conferences; produce daily NAS summaries and ad hoc TMI/demand analysis
Train/mentor NTMOs; help improve planning tools and processes

Must-haves
Prior FAA tenure
3+ years hands-on Analyst/Strategist or related experience
Bachelors degree required (Engineering, Science, Math, or related technical preferred)
U.S. Citizen, or valid U.S. work visa with 3+ years living in the U.S.
Able to pass FAA public-trust security processing and a government background investigation
Available for shift work including holidays; Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical and communication skills
