On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Delivery Manager (Inside IR35) for a 5 Months contract based Hybrid/ in Corsham .

As a Delivery Manager , your main responsibilities will be:
- The SEO Delivery Manager will lead the mobilisation, adoption, governance and benefits realisation of the Enterprise Agreement (EA), ensuring contractual obligations are delivered, value is maximised across Defence, and stakeholders are supported to increase utilisation of the agreement.
- Work with the re-seller to maximise Defence uptake and utilisation of the agreement. Engage Service Owners and Service Executive areas to increase adoption. Promote the benefits, efficiencies and opportunities available through the EA. Track and report delivery of contractual, financial and operational benefits.
- Undertake stakeholder analysis and maintain stakeholder engagement plans.
- Build effective relationships across Defence, Commercial, Finance, Service Owners and suppliers.
- Coordinate communications and awareness activities to drive engagement and adoption.
PLEASE NOTE: SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
Essential:
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across senior business, supplier, and customer stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing reseller partnerships to maximise agreement adoption, utilisation, and value realisation across large organisations.
- Expertise in delivery management , ensuring successful execution of programmes and services within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Strong reporting and governance experience, including KPI tracking, risk management , executive reporting, and steering committee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, driving collaboration to achieve business and operational objectives .
- Skilled in contract, vendor, and service management , ensuring compliance, performance optimisation, and continuous service improvement.
