On behalf of HM Land Registry, we are looking for a Digital Project Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based Hybrid in the Leicester office .

As a Digital Project Manager , your main responsibilities will be:

- Lead the initiation of projects to establish the governance and lead delivery within agreed timescales, cost parameters, and according to identified benefits
- Liaise with SROs, Programme Directors, Head of Programmes, Programme Managers, board members, and other key stakeholders to ensure organisational support of project aims and deliverables
- Own project’s delivery plan, risks and issues, dependencies, resources, and benefits
- Control project expenditure, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Manage the development of business cases and the successful approval of these through relevant internal and external processes
- Develop and manage the stakeholder and communications plan ensuring clarity of messages for all audiences
- Co-ordinate projects/workstreams within the project to deliver the agreed outcomes and enable the realisation of benefits.
- Help raise the level and profile of the Project Delivery Profession within the organisation and seek opportunities to collaborate with other project delivery professionals to maintain a consistent standard
- Oversee procurement of goods and services according to Government procurement rules and manage delivery partners and suppliers to achieve desired outputs and results.

Essential:

- Strong supplier and Stakeholder management
- Previous Implementation experience
- Previous procurement experience

Desirable:

- Public sector experience
