We are seeking a dedicated Wastewater Technician to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on the 1st shift, approximately from 7 am to 3 pm. The role involves processing and treating both hazardous and non-hazardous wastewater using various reagents and filtration systems. Responsibilities also include separating waste types, managing warehouse placements, and handling tanker trucks, including unloading materials, attaching hoses, and occasional cleanouts.
Responsibilities
- Process and treat hazardous and non-hazardous wastewater using various reagents.
- Separate hazardous waste from non-hazardous waste and organize them in the warehouse accordingly.
- Run filtration systems effectively.
- Handle tanker trucks, including unloading materials, attaching hoses, and performing occasional cleanouts.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or Chemistry, or one year of experience in a related industry.
- A positive mindset and a strong desire to work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- OSHA 40 certification is a plus.
- Over two years of experience in wastewater treatment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hazardous waste and wastewater management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
