What you’ll do
cGMP & SOP Compliance: Perform product testing, review test data, and write investigations in strict compliance with cGMP regulations and company SOPs.
Production Line Inspection: Inspect production areas, processes, clean environments, and finished goods; review Bill of Materials (BOM) prior to production runs.
Equipment Maintenance & Environmental Swabbing: Calibrate and maintain lab equipment; swab sanitized production equipment using ATP instruments to verify cleanliness thresholds.
Documentation & Workflow: Complete data capture forms, equipment logbooks, inventory forms, and track retain samples in Excel.
Sample Handling: Prepare and drop off customer samples for shipment according to protocol.
What you need
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience, plus 2–4 years of related quality control experience.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment validation, cGMPs, and laboratory safety procedures.
Analytical Skills: Proficient with data collection, data analysis, basic statistical methods, and MS Excel workflows.
Communication & Focus: Excellent written and oral communication skills; acute attention to detail with the ability to handle complex projects independently.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Continually required to stand, walk, talk, hear, utilize visual acuity, and use hand/finger dexterity.
Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, or balance, and work near moving mechanical parts.
Occasional to frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying items up to 50 lbs.
