Job Title: Program Management Analyst Job Description This role supports a critical procurement transformation initiative focused on external labor strategy, vendor management, and a Vendor Management System (VMS) platform migration. The Program Management Analyst partners closely with project leadership to drive project planning, milestone tracking, change management, training coordination, and implementation activities, ensuring key deliverables remain on schedule. The position is strategy- and implementation-focused and plays a central role in maintaining business continuity while transitioning vendor management processes to a new platform. Responsibilities

- Support a procurement transformation initiative focused on external labor strategy and VMS migration.
- Assist with the transition of vendor management processes to a new platform while maintaining business continuity and meeting timeline commitments.
- Partner closely with contingent workforce and procurement leadership to keep project deliverables on track.
- Lead project planning and coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and clear ownership.
- Track milestones, action items, risks, and key dependencies to support timely decision-making and issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver leadership-ready status updates and executive presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
- Manage meeting agendas, capture detailed documentation, and drive follow-up actions to closure.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption planning.
- Coordinate and track training and business readiness activities to ensure stakeholders are prepared for the new processes and systems.
- Gather, document, and track business requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate efforts related to purchased services and agency labor channels to ensure a cohesive external labor strategy.
- Ensure adequate coverage, stakeholder alignment, and smooth operational transition during the migration to the new VMS platform.
- Support data-driven decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing project-related data and metrics.
- Drive accountability across workstreams by following up on commitments and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, independently identifying issues and proposing solutions to keep the program moving forward.

Essential Skills

- At least 5 years of experience in project or program management or business transformation.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale business or procurement system implementations.
- Experience with software implementations involving procurement systems, ERP/IERP projects, or VMS platforms.
- Background in procurement, contingent workforce, external labor, purchased services, or vendor management (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience leading implementation and transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong project management skills, including workstream coordination, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates.
- Advanced data management and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with minimal direction while independently driving initiatives forward.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of leadership and drive accountability.
- Neutral project management perspective, with experience outside of staffing or MSP environments to avoid program bias.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in transformation management, particularly within procurement or vendor management domains.
- Prior involvement in enterprise transformation efforts, especially those related to contingent workforce or external labor programs.
- Demonstrated ability to support change management, including training coordination and business readiness activities.
- Strong executive presence and confidence when interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates good business instincts and data-driven thinking to support strategic decision-making.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive working style.
- Ability to coordinate efforts across purchased services and agency labor channels to support an integrated external labor strategy.

Work Environment The role operates in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment that emphasizes collaboration with procurement, contingent workforce, and leadership stakeholders. The standard schedule is typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an expectation of working four days per week in the office and one day working from home. The position involves frequent interaction with project leadership and cross-functional teams, regular status meetings, and the use of project management and data tools to track milestones, requirements, and risks. The environment supports a structured yet flexible approach to managing complex transformation initiatives and encourages clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
