What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with proposals: Pulling together accurate, polished bids that win work
- Supporting material procurement: Sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials so jobs never stall
- Helping the Project Manager with takeoffs: Measuring and estimating scope on upcoming projects
- Keeping projects organized, on schedule, and communicated clearly across the team
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of basic construction knowledge (flooring experience a big plus)
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- A go-getter attitude: You see a gap and fill it
- Detail-oriented: Nothing slips past you
- Strong communicator with the team, vendors, and clients
- A hands-on learner who's coachable and eager to grow
- Ambition toward becoming an Assistant Project Manager
