Westway Construction is a Houston-based company and we are expanding quickly! We are hiring a Superintendent who is an emerging leader responsible for managing core aspects of project execution, including planning, procurement, cost control, and documentation. This role works closely with Senior Project Managers to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract requirements. The Superintendent is focused on building technical and leadership capabilities while contributing to successful project delivery.

- Oversee flooring scopes for large commercial projects.
- Involved in the estimating, client relations, and Project Management

Requirements
3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor or flooring contractor.
