About this role
Ventia , in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking enthusiastic Catering Hospitality Attendants to join the team on a casual basis at our Gaza Ridge Barracks in Bandiana, VIC.
Flexible employment options with full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available.
Part-time - $28.39 per hour (Approx 20 hours per week)
Full-time - $26.84 per hour

About the role
- Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
- Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
- Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About You
- Experience in hospitality & catering or customer service (Advantageous)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Point of sale / cash register experience (Advantageous)
- Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of Food and Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
- Current valid Australian drivers licence
You must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
