Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Development Manager to drive growth for our security solutions portfolio across the India market. This role combines strategic business development, partner engagement, sales enablement, and cybersecurity consulting expertise to develop new business opportunities, strengthen partner ecosystems, and position the company as a trusted cybersecurity solutions provider.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales, services, operations, and regional leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and deliver security solutions that address evolving business and technology risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's cybersecurity solutions portfolio across the India market.
- Identify, engage, and manage key partners, including system integrators, technology partners, and enterprise customers.
- Drive new business acquisition through lead generation, opportunity development, and strategic account engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to position the company as a preferred cybersecurity solutions provider.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement programs, onboarding activities, and technical training.
- Partner with regional leadership to define, monitor, and achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.
- Assess customer security environments, identify security risks, and recommend solutions that improve overall security posture.
- Lead the design, positioning, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection and response, network security, identity and access management, endpoint security, security monitoring, and compliance-focused technologies.

Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity products, services, and managed security solutions in the India market.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and security best practices.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, articulate business value, and develop successful sales strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, endpoint security, and security monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of information security standards and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and related governance requirements.
- Experience with enterprise IT environments, including Windows and Linux platforms, Active Directory, networking technologies, firewalls, routers, switches, and security appliances.
- Familiarity with solution architecture, technical discovery, and security solution design.
Good-to-Have
- Experience delivering or supporting cybersecurity assessments, risk reviews, or security transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on exposure to security technology implementation projects.
- Experience working across large enterprise or complex ICT environments.
- Site-based customer engagement and deployment experience.
