- Develop and execute electrical validation plans for server, workstation, and enterprise computing platforms.
- Perform compliance testing and certification validation for industry-standard interfaces, including PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, SAS/SATA, and other high-speed signal related validation .
- Conduct electrical margin validation, characterization, and stress testing to evaluate design robustness and product reliability.
- Analyze eye diagrams, jitter, signal quality, timing, and power integrity measurements using advanced laboratory instruments.
- Debug and identify root causes of electrical failures, performance issues, and compliance test violations.
- Collaborate with Signal Integrity (SI), Hardware Design, BIOS/BMC/FW, platform development teams to drive issue resolution and design optimization.
- Support platform bring-up, design verification, qualification testing, and production readiness activities.
- Develop and improve test methodologies, automation tools, and validation processes to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
- Generate technical reports, summarize validation results, and provide clear recommendations to project stakeholders and management.
- Participate in design reviews and risk assessments to ensure electrical requirements and product quality objectives are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the validation lab and engineering processes.
