Based in Jakarta, you will provide regulatory support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that products and customer submissions comply with local, regional, and global regulatory requirements. Work with commercial, creative, technical, and regulatory teams, you will support business growth by delivering accurate regulatory guidance and documentation. Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Technical Manager, you will help maintain compliance and enable successful customer partnerships.
Your role includes:
- Provide regulatory support and respond to internal and external stakeholders inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Review product compliance in accordance with customer requirements, industry standards, and applicable regulations
- Monitor regulatory developments and identifying actions needed to ensure ongoing compliance of ingredients and finished products
- Support the maintenance, integrity, and continuous improvement of regulatory databases, systems, and processes
- Collaborate with commercial, creative, and technical teams to provide regulatory guidance during product development and customer submissions
- Lead or support regulatory projects, deliver training, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Regulatory team

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the fragrance, flavour, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or related industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, and compliance processes
- Familiarity with ASEAN regulatory requirements, including cosmetics, non-cosmetics and Halal regulations
- Experience working with SAP, or similar enterprise systems
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
