Based in Depok, Indonesia, you will manage ingredient and product lifecycle activities to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. Working closely with Commercial, Creation, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless commercialization from concept development to full-scale production. Report to the Product Lifecycle Site Lead, you will contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence across the product lifecycle process.
Your role includes:
- Manage ingredient and formula portfolios using a First Time Right approach to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Support ingredient palette harmonization activities and providing clear visibility of ingredient availability to key stakeholders
- Coordinate formula introductions, change controls, approvals, and communications in line with global product lifecycle processes
- Lead ingredient issue management activities to minimize supply, quality, or compliance risks and prevent business disruptions
- Ensure product specifications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with global policies and customer requirements
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities while supporting cross-functional projects and business initiatives

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product lifecycle management, product stewardship, regulatory, quality, R&D, supply chain, or a related field
- Experience within the food, flavour, fragrance, consumer goods, or chemical industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business recommendations
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Navigate complex situations, drive discussions, and make balanced decisions
- Proficiency in English
