##### Your Impact

As an e-Learning Advisor, you’ll design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning content that supports technical and safety training across Newmont’s AAP operations. You’ll transform complex information into accessible, learner-centred experiences aligned with Newmont’s global training standards, instructional design principles and Core Learning system.

##### As Part of Our Team, You Will

- Develop interactive eLearning modules, videos, assessments and job aids using tools such as Enable Now, Articulate 360, Captivate and multimedia editing software.
- Partner with subject matter experts and site training teams to translate complex technical information into effective digital learning content.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to storyboard, prototype, test and refine learner-centred solutions.
- Integrate and maintain learning materials within Core Learning (SuccessFactors), SharePoint and associated digital platforms.
- Support accessible, standardised and continuously improved learning content across AAP sites in partnership with the Global Training COE.

##### Prerequisites for Success in This Role

- Demonstrated experience designing and developing digital learning content using instructional design practices, including needs analysis, storyboarding, content structuring and assessment design.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Enable Now, Articulate 360, Captivate or equivalent.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, ideally Core Learning (SuccessFactors), together with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Multimedia editing capability across video, audio or animation, with the ability to develop accessible and engaging learner-centred content.
- Strong collaboration, attention to detail and communication skills, including the ability to develop eLearning content in English and Spanish.

##### Your Work Environment

This is a remote Australian based position reporting to the Director, Learning & LMS (Global), this individual contributor role works closely with site training leads, subject matter experts, the Global Training COE and HRIS/IT teams. The position combines remote collaboration with on-site content development and testing, requires flexibility to attend global meetings outside typical business hours, and may involve domestic and international travel across AAP operations, as required.
