About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 6–9 years of experience to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks impacting team delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery commitments.
- Foster a collaborative environment that enables self-organizing and high-performing teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.
- Drive Agile adoption and process improvements across projects and teams.
- Facilitate dependency management across cross-functional teams.
- Support release planning, roadmap discussions, and program-level coordination.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 6–9 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple development teams.
- Proven ability to track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist certification.
- Experience in Automotive, Embedded Systems, Infotainment, or Connected Vehicle projects.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile-at-Scale implementations.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Agile practices and Value Stream Management.
- Experience with release train coordination and program increment planning.
What Makes You Eligible
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of industry experience with a strong background in Agile project delivery.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for Agile transformation, team empowerment, and delivery excellence.
