About this role
As a Crater of our Conroe ISE team, you will play a vital part of the supply chain process – overseeing the efficient prepping and packaging of our products, implementing and sustaining effective processes and systems ensuring that targets within the warehouse and shipping are met. You will be a crucial collaborator to implementing and control efficiency, effective forward and reverse flow of goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption to meet both the business’ and customers’ requirements. You will utilize your specific packaging experience to continually improve team performance and effectiveness.
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- Minimum of two years related work experience required.
- Exceptional carpentry skill or willingness to be trained to achieve necessary skills.
- Exceptional ability to manage own time when performing a job.
- Able to follow customer packaging requirements specified on the order.
- Able to use MRP system to prepare paperwork to turn into shipping.
- Good computer skills.
- Able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours or more.
- Able to work extra hours daily and on weekends as required.
- Able to pass a background check, physical and drug test.
