About this role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for keys, cashier till, and securing products in the gift shop at-all-times.
- Greet and help all customers friendly and help with prices and information on products.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and honest.
- Must be able to work alternate times during peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
- Conflict resolution skills with disputes of customers and vendors.
- Keeping the store clean, neat, and well-stocked at-all-times.
- Assist in the inventory of merchandise being ongoing and at the end of each month.
- Maintain a working knowledge of where gift shop merchandise is stored and assist in retrieving for customers.
- Restock items.
- Organize merchandise in and on displays.
- Operates point-of-sale for all transactions.
- Check proper identification for purchases of cigarettes.
- Watch for shoplifters, call Security if necessary.
- Scan in items received from vendors and check with order for correct items and numbers.
- Apply discounts for customers and employees.
- Must abide by the Company Employee Handbook, policies, and procedures.
- Must attend mandatory training and / or meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be 18 at time of hire.
- Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Must have a valid Wyoming Drivers License
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
