The Opportunity
As an Oracle B2B Eloqua Senior Manager you will lead consulting engagements focused on Oracle lead to revenue solutions, including lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience capabilities that help clients improve operational efficiency and support the customer journey. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, apply sound judgment, guide teams through complexity, and use your influence to drive results while building trusted client relationships and contributing strategic input within our Business Application Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will draw on your Oracle skills to shape solution design, guide implementation and configuration efforts, and provide clear direction across work streams while mentoring others and supporting delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle B2B Eloqua implementation workstreams across lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions
- Advising clients on Oracle and Zuora configurations that support lead to revenue processes, customer journeys, and operational efficiency
- Translating business requirements into scalable solution designs for customer data management, subscription management, revenue management, and billing processes
- Guiding teams through fit gap analysis, solution mapping, testing, and deployment activities for complex application programs
- Coordinating technical and functional issue resolution across Salesforce style go to market processes, Oracle cloud platforms, and integrated third party tools
- Developing trusted relationships with client leaders to shape project direction, validate outcomes, and adapt delivery plans based on feedback
- Coaching team members through ambiguity, prioritizing work across multiple workstreams, and making timely decisions that support delivery progress
- Driving process improvements in digital tooling, AI enabled workflows, and marketing operations to improve deployment speed and user adoption
- Reviewing implementation quality, documentation, and configuration decisions to maintain alignment with program goals and technical requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Delivering Oracle B2B Eloqua client solutions for revenue operations
- Applying systems thinking across lead-to-revenue processes and workflows
- Translating complex ideas into clear, engaging stakeholder messages
- Coaching teams through ambiguity and changing client priorities
- Leveraging Oracle and Zuora platform knowledge for client delivery

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
