Location: Berea, Ohio
Pay: $22–$40/hour, based on experience

PrideStaff is recruiting an accomplished Master MIG/TIG Welder for a well-established manufacturing company in Berea, Ohio.
This is a senior-level welding opportunity for someone with 10+ years of professional welding experience who can independently perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding, interpret complex blueprints, and work with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do
Perform both MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding
Weld proficiently in flat, horizontal, and overhead positions
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols
Perform accurate fit-up and fabrication work
Use tape measures and precision measuring tools
Convert fractions to decimals, calculate angles, and perform practical shop math
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
Follow established safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
10+ years of professional welding experience
Strong experience with both MIG and TIG welding
Excellent blueprint-reading skills
Strong fabrication, measurement, and shop-math abilities
Ability to produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision
Experience welding stainless steel, nickel alloys, or specialty/exotic metals is a plus
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime
Schedule
This is a 1st-shift position requiring availability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week . Regular overtime is part of the schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
$22–$40/hour , based on skills and experience
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 , based on experience and paid in installments after 90 days of employment while actively employed

Work Environment
This position requires extended periods of standing and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment. Pre-employment background screening and drug testing are required.
