Location: Berea, Ohio
Pay: $22–$40/hour, based on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Full-Time + Overtime
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 based on experience

PrideStaff is hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders for 2nd-shift opportunities with a well-established manufacturing company in Berea, Ohio.

We're looking for welders with at least 3 years of professional welding experience who are comfortable performing both MIG and TIG welding and can work independently from blueprints and fabrication drawings.

What You'll Do

Perform both MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding

Weld in flat, horizontal, and overhead positions

Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols

Perform fit-up and fabrication work

Use tape measures and other measuring tools accurately

Convert fractions to decimals and measure angles

Perform practical shop math

Inspect your work for quality and accuracy

Follow established safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience

Experience with both MIG and TIG welding is required

Ability to read and work from blueprints

Strong measurement and basic shop-math skills

Ability to weld in multiple positions

Experience with stainless steel, nickel alloys, or specialty/exotic metals is a plus

Strong attendance and reliability

Willingness to work regular overtime

Schedule

This is a 2nd-shift position requiring availability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week . Regular overtime is expected.

Compensation & Benefits

$22–$40/hour , based on skills and experience

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 , based on experience and paid in installments after 90 days of employment while actively employed

Work Environment

This position requires extended periods of standing and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment. Pre-employment background screening and drug testing are required.
