Non-CDL Delivery Driver (Direct Hire)

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Drivers to join our client's team. In this role, you will operate cargo vans and box trucks to complete daily delivery routes.
This is a direct-hire position offering stable hours and steady weekly scheduling.
Key Details & Schedule
Work Days: Monday through Saturday
Shift Duration: 9-hour shifts
Shift Availability: Must be available between 6:30 AM and 9:00 PM
Start Times: Vary daily between 6:30 AM and 12:00 PM
Responsibilities
Safely operate cargo vans and Non-CDL box trucks in various traffic and weather conditions.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.
Load, unload, and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transport.
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently using navigation tools.
Provide professional and courteous customer service during drop-offs and interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Driver's License: Must possess a valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Vehicle Experience: Comfort and skill operating cargo vans and medium-duty box trucks (Non-CDL).
Flexibility: Open availability to work 9-hour shifts starting anytime between 6:30 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Physical Ability: Capability to sit, stand, bend, and lift cargo throughout a 9-hour shift.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safe driving practices.
