PrideStaff is looking for skilled Plant Electricans for a PVC Pipe manufacturer in Modesto, CA!
Responsibilities Include the Following: Performs routine preventive checks and emergency repairs on high-voltage equipment, transformers, generators, and switchgear Diagnose wiring failures, circuit issues, and control system malfunctions using multimeters and diagnostic tools Run conduit, pull wire, and install new circuits, control panels, and automation devices Interpret complex electrical schematics, technical diagrams, and building plans to layout and fix systems Follow strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations, while wearing PPE
Qualifications Include the Following: 2-5 years of hands-on electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting Electrical Apprenticeship certificate or trade school program required Proficiency with low-to-high voltage systems (up to 480 VAC or higher), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (May vary)
Pay range varies DOE: $30-$50/HR
