Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing vendor setups and handling the accounts payable email inbox. This position involves following up on communications from vendors and internal teams, researching and resolving invoice-related inquiries, coding invoices, processing 3-way matches, and managing purchase order invoices. Responsibilities
- Set up and manage vendor accounts.
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable email inbox.
- Follow up on emails from vendors and internal stakeholders, researching and resolving any invoice-related issues.
- Code invoices accurately in the system.
- Process invoices using a 3-way match system.
- Manage purchase order invoices efficiently.
- Handle all vendor communications via email and phone.
- Coordinate with different departments or individuals for pending approvals in the system.
- Work with Microsoft 365 and Next Process System for thorough research and processing.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in accounts payable and invoice processing.
- Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and three-way matching.
- Strong skills in coding and managing the AP inbox.
- Vendor management expertise.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external communications.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
