Position Overview
PrideStaff is seeking reliable, hardworking Production Associates to join growing manufacturing teams. If you have a solid work history, strong attendance, and hands-on experience in machine operations, production, construction, or trades like carpentry, milling, or woodworking, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be key to daily operations by operating specialized equipment, handling materials, using precision measuring tools, and performing quality checks on finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operations: Set up, run, and work alongside industrial machinery, including mills, lathes, and specialized tools.
Material Handling: Load raw materials safely onto production lines and processing machinery.
Tool & Equipment Usage: Safely operate standard hand tools, power tools, specialized saws, and precision measuring tapes.
Quality Control (QA/QC): Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure high quality standards and precise specs.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and follow instructions from supervisors.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to keep a clean workspace and hit daily production goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Measurement Mastery: Strong, practical understanding of both standard (inches/fractions) and metric measurement systems.
Proven Track Record: Successful work history in manufacturing, production, milling, lumber, molding, construction, or craftsmanship.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, move, and walk with ease for the entire shift, and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly and safely.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision when measuring, monitoring equipment, and inspecting output.
Core Traits: Dependable, accountable, able to follow complex directions, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
