About Our Family

We’re a busy, active family of four with two young girls and a much-loved mini Bernedoodle. Both parents are entrepreneurs with full professional schedules, and our family life is equally dynamic, with school, activities, travel, hosting, and plenty of moving pieces.

We have an au pair who primarily supports the children, as well as a regular cleaning team, and we’re looking for an experienced House Manager who can step in and take ownership of everything in between. Organization is especially important to us — from keeping the home and children’s spaces thoughtfully organized to managing household inventory, anticipating upcoming needs and happenings, supporting meal prep, and making sure the details of family life continue moving forward.

Our home is warm, lively, and frequently on the go with near weekly travel, so we value someone who brings a calm, organized presence and can comfortably adapt as schedules and priorities shift. We’re excited to find a long-term partner who takes genuine pride in creating an organized, welcoming home and making everyday family life run more smoothly.

More than someone who simply completes a list, we’re looking for another set of capable eyes on the household: someone who notices what needs attention, takes initiative, creates systems, and follows things through from 0-10 on every task, every time, without needing constant direction.

###

Who You Are

You are an experienced, career-minded House Manager who understands the difference between completing household tasks and truly owning the rhythm of a home . You are calm, capable, highly organized, and naturally think several steps ahead.

- ### Exceptionally Organized: Organization is one of your superpowers. You create thoughtful systems for everything from children’s clothing and seasonal rotations to toys, art supplies, household inventory, and everyday spaces — and, importantly, you maintain them.
- ### Proactive & Independent: You are constantly looking at the week and month ahead, anticipating what needs to happen, and independently moving things forward.
- ### Action-Oriented: If you see something that needs attention, you take care of it. You don’t walk past something assuming someone else will handle it, and you believe a task isn’t complete until it’s truly finished and communicated as such.
- ### Efficient & Strong with Time Management: You know how to prioritize, establish routines, and make meaningful progress throughout a larger, active home without becoming overwhelmed.
- ### Naturally Detail-Oriented: You notice when a space needs to be reset, supplies are running low, something is out of place, or a household system could work better — and you take action.
- ### A Planner: You think beyond today’s to-do list, creating weekly, monthly, and seasonal rhythms that keep the household ahead rather than reacting at the last minute.
- ### Calm & Unflappable: You bring steady, confident energy when schedules change, the home is lively, or the children need a calm, clear presence.
- ### Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable owning digital household tools and calendars and using technology to make the family’s routines more organized and efficient.
- ### Flexible & Collaborative: You work well alongside an au pair, cleaning team, Executive Assistant, vendors, and parents while understanding where you need to independently take the lead.
- ### Long-Term Mindset: You’re looking for a household where you can stay, learn the family’s rhythms and preferences, and become a trusted long-term partner.

Ultimately, you see it, own it, and follow it through.
