What’s the role?

As a Procurement Associate, you will provide first-line support for Coupa and procurement-related activities, helping stakeholders resolve supplier, contract, sourcing and payment queries. What do I need?

- Experience with procurement systems is essential; exposure to Coupa is preferred and experience with platforms such as Ariba, Zycus or similar is also highly regarded.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, ask clarifying questions, identify root causes and determine appropriate next steps.

- A curious and proactive learning mindset, with the ability to learn new systems quickly, work across multiple tools and seek guidance when dealing with unfamiliar situations.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach, positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team and with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong customer service and stakeholder support experience, with the ability to confidently manage and resolve business queries in a service desk or support environment.
