Job requirements
Experience Range: At least 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning architecture and application development Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions to address complex business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms
- Develop, customize, and optimize Salesforce Lightning components such as Lightning Pages, Lightning Flows, and Lightning Path to enhance user experience and streamline business processes
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Lightning App Builder, delivering tailored applications and interfaces that improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce Lightning ecosystem
- Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce Lightning development, deployment, and governance across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of advanced Lightning Reports & Dashboards, enabling actionable insights and performance tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Lightning applications and integrations, proactively preventing future challenges
- Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce Lightning architecture, promoting adherence to industry standards and organizational objectives Required Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning App Builder expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Flows
- Experience designing and configuring Salesforce Lightning Pages
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Path
- Development and optimization of Lightning Reports & Dashboards
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models and security architecture
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools
- Declarative and programmatic Salesforce customization
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX and modern development lifecycle tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and advanced security features
- Experience with third-party Salesforce AppExchange solutions
- Background in Agile methodologies for Salesforce project delivery
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce data migration projects Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
