We're Hiring – API Support Specialist

Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping customers succeed?
Sabre is looking for an API Support Specialist I who is eager to build technical expertise, work with global customers, and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.
This is more than just a support role. You'll be at the forefront of helping developers, travel agencies, and enterprise customers integrate and consume Sabre APIs that power the global travel ecosystem.

What you'll be doing
• Troubleshooting REST and SOAP API issues
• Working with XML, schemas, and web services
• Investigating customer-reported issues and driving resolutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe
• Supporting developers who build innovative travel applications

Who we're looking for
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication
✔ Curiosity and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to thrive in a customer-focused environment
✔ Knowledge of XML, SOAP, REST, HTML, or web technologies is a plus
✔ Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or related fields
✔ Knowledge on Sabre GDS, SabreRed360 would be a plus
