We are looking for an Analyst in Clinical Bioprocess Analytics who is Collaborative, Curious, and Care-focused to join our Biological Method Development Sciences team , based at our UCB offices in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium .
About the role
You will help ensure reliable analytical support for biologics manufacturing activities that ultimately contribute to patient solutions.
Working at the intersection of science and operations, you will provide analytical expertise during manufacturing campaigns, support innovative technologies and foster high-quality data generation.
You will also contribute to documentation governance, supporting procedures, process documentation and change management activities in partnership with project teams.
You will help transform scientific excellence into meaningful patient impact.
Who you will work with
You will join a collaborative community within Biological Method Development Sciences and work closely with manufacturing, quality, development, and laboratory teams. Together, you will foster reliable analytical operations, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
You will also collaborate with external partners when supporting technology transfers and validation activities.

What you will do
• You will provide analytical support during biologics manufacturing campaigns.
• You will deliver timely in-process monitoring and control results.
• You will manage sample coordination, equipment support, and troubleshooting activities.
• You will foster implementation of innovative analytical technologies and processes.
• You will support document creation, updates, and change controls collaboratively.
• You will support inspections, audits, and quality compliance requirements.
Interested?
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience managing controlled documentation within regulated environments.
• Expertise supporting procedure creation, revision, and document lifecycle activities.
• Experience coordinating change controls with cross-functional project teams.
• Strong practical experience with chromatography, electrophoresis, immunoassays, molecular techniques, or spectroscopy.
• Collaborative communication skills with curiosity for continuous improvement.
