We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead - Omnichannel who is strategic, innovative, and business-focused to join our Digital Technology Patient Impact U.S. team , based in Atlanta, Georgia . This hybrid role requires a minimum of 40% on-site presence and up to 10% domestic travel.
About the Role
You will play a key role in advancing UCB's omnichannel capabilities by transforming customer engagement data into actionable business insights. Working at the intersection of Commercial, Marketing, Omnichannel Strategy & Operations (OSO), and Insights to Impact (I2I), you will drive the analytics, data products, and AI-enabled capabilities that support more personalized and effective engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will lead the evolution of UCB's omnichannel data and analytics ecosystem, connecting CRM, media, digital, agency, field force, and third-party data to improve measurement, optimization, and decision making across commercial teams. This is a highly visible role that combines approximately 50% strategy and 50% execution, providing leadership on omnichannel analytics, orchestration, and next-best-action capabilities while delivering solutions that create measurable business impact.
Who You'll Work With
You'll partner closely with Omnichannel Strategy & Operations, Insights to Impact (I2I), Commercial Brand Teams, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Data Engineering, Data Governance, AI, and Digital Technology teams to advance UCB's omnichannel capabilities. You'll collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to define priorities, shape investment decisions, and evolve analytics and data product strategies. Externally, you'll work with media agencies, commercial data providers, consulting partners, and technology vendors to integrate data sources and deliver analytics solutions that support commercial objectives. This role requires someone who can confidently engage both business and technical stakeholders, translating commercial needs into scalable data and analytics capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Omnichannel Strategy & Measurement: Develop analytics frameworks that measure customer engagement, channel effectiveness, customer journeys, and business impact across omnichannel programs.
- Data Product Leadership: Lead the evolution of omnichannel data products by integrating CRM, media, digital, agency, field force, and third-party data into a unified customer view.
- Customer Journey Analytics: Develop analyses and predictive models that improve understanding of HCP engagement patterns, channel preferences, and customer behavior.
- Omnichannel Orchestration & AI: Support personalization, next-best-action initiatives, and omnichannel orchestration programs through analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Performance Optimization: Establish and harmonize KPIs to measure and optimize omnichannel performance across channels and campaigns.
- Data Governance & Integration: Ensure trusted, high-quality data is available to support commercial decision making and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Commercial, Marketing, I2I, Digital Technology, Data Engineering, and external partners to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Innovation & Roadmap Development: Help shape the future direction of omnichannel analytics, data products, customer engagement technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Compliance & Privacy: Ensure data is managed in accordance with privacy regulations, governance standards, and ethical data practices.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, commercial insights, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years leading analytics initiatives within complex organizations.
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial analytics experience, including at least 2 years supporting HCP omnichannel engagement across CRM, media, digital, agency, field force, and third-party data sources.
- Experience leading analytics or data product initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement, KPI development, customer journey analytics, and data governance.
- Ability to effectively engage business and technical stakeholders across Commercial, Digital Technology, and Insights to Impact organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with commercial healthcare datasets such as IQVIA.
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, Power BI, Qlik, or similar commercial technology platforms.
- Experience supporting omnichannel orchestration and next-best-action capabilities.
- Experience managing vendor-delivered analytics or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics methodologies.
- Experience establishing and evolving enterprise analytics platforms and operating models.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
- Strong change management and stakeholder influence experience.
The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $ 148,000-194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
