We are looking for a Talent Partner UK & Ireland who is strategic, influential, and people‑focused to join our UK & Ireland Talent team , based in Slough, UK .

About the Role

As Talent Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, partnering closely with the UK & Ireland leadership teams to deliver people strategies that support business objectives and sustainable growth.

You will play a key role in shaping the talent agenda across the UK & Ireland Patient Impact Organization, translating enterprise talent priorities into impactful local solutions. Combining business acumen with deep talent expertise, you will support organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, culture, employee experience, and change initiatives while helping leaders navigate an evolving business environment.

Who You’ll Work With

You will work closely with the UK & Ireland General Manager, senior leadership teams, the Europe Talent Region Lead, the Talent Country Lead UK & Ireland, and colleagues across Talent Acquisition, Learning, Total Rewards, People Services, and global Centres of Expertise. You will collaborate across a matrixed organization to deliver integrated talent solutions and a consistent employee experience.

What You’ll Do

- Partner with business leaders to align people priorities with business strategy and performance objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and talent decisions.
- Shape and deliver the UK & Ireland talent agenda in alignment with broader regional and global talent priorities.
- Lead organizational design, capability development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Coach leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, accountability, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability building.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives that enhance organizational health and culture.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employment matters.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support strategic hiring and onboarding of key talent.
- Collaborate across the Talent function to continuously improve talent processes, practices, and employee experiences.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Significant HR or Talent experience partnering with senior leaders within complex, global matrix organizations.
- Proven experience advising leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership, transformation, and workforce strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience leading cross‑functional talent initiatives and supporting organizational change.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employment legislation, and the life sciences or biopharmaceutical sector.
